Product format

Current products are PDF downloads, web-based guide chapters, prompt-composer outputs and customer-library entitlements. No physical item is shipped, so shipping charges and physical delivery timelines do not apply.

Free guides

The free AI field guide is available immediately through a direct download link. No payment, account or marketing consent is required.

Paid guides

Paid access is created only after the payment processor reports captured payment and our server verifies it. The purchase email is used to deliver a passwordless library link or equivalent secure download access. The browser payment-success screen alone does not create an entitlement.

Delivery timing

Delivery is normally immediate after verified capture and should generally arrive within 15 minutes. Payment capture, webhook, internet or email-provider delays can take longer. Check spam and promotions folders before contacting support.

Access and updates

The customer receives the released edition purchased. Corrections, repaired links and minor compatibility updates for that edition are included. Keep access links private. Major rewritten editions may be separate products.

Missing delivery

If a captured payment has not produced access, email support@42prompts.com with the purchase email and payment reference. Do not send card details, UPI PINs or OTPs. We will restore access or provide an appropriate refund under the Refund Policy.
