Seven-day return window

You may request a return and refund for a one-time paid digital product for any reason within seven calendar days of the purchase date. The request must reach us before the end of the seventh calendar day. This is a return of the digital licence; when approved, download and library access may be revoked.

How to request a refund

Email support@42prompts.com with the purchase email, order or payment reference, product title and a simple statement that you want a refund. A reason is helpful but not required within the seven-day window. Never send full card, UPI PIN, OTP or banking credentials.

Processing

We verify the order and return eligibility, then initiate an approved refund to the original payment method. We aim to initiate it within five business days after approval. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. Currency conversion or bank charges imposed independently by the customer's provider may not be recoverable from 42Prompts.

Duplicate charges and defective delivery

Contact us whenever you are charged more than once, payment is captured but access does not arrive, a file is corrupted or materially incomplete, or the product materially differs from its published description. We will investigate and, as appropriate, restore access, provide a corrected file or refund the affected charge. These cases are not reduced by the voluntary seven-day window.

Exclusions and abuse

We may decline a change-of-mind request received after seven calendar days or evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, unauthorised redistribution or manipulation of a payment process. Any refusal will state the reason. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Cancellations and subscriptions

You can abandon or close checkout before payment; no entitlement is created. Version one offers no recurring subscription and therefore has no recurring plan to cancel. These terms will be updated before subscription billing is introduced.
